Hostel Šiška is located in the quiet neighbourhood of Špadići, just a few minutes’ walk from the seafront,
while the centre of Poreč is less than 2 kilometres away, making it an ideal location for those seeking a blend of nature, the sea and urban life.
Its proximity to the sea makes it especially attractive during summer, and excellent transport links provide easy access to the city's main attractions.
The facility was fully renovated in 2009, maintaining its functionality while offering modern accommodation conditions. Hostel Šiška offers a total of 130 beds, arranged in rooms with 2 to 6 beds, with bathrooms and sanitary facilities located on each floor, ensuring optimal space organisation and user comfort.
The hostel includes indoor and outdoor dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and an on-site infirmary, which is particularly important for organised groups of children and young people.
Surrounded by a dense pine forest, the space offers plenty of shade, playground equipment and numerous options for daily outdoor activities – from sports and creative workshops to educational programmes.
A covered outdoor dining area allows uninterrupted activities even in bad weather.
Guests can enjoy five meals per day, unlimited juice and fresh fruit every day. All visitors can also use sports equipment and recreational gear free of charge, further encouraging an active and healthy stay.
